We want you to be so pleased with our menus and services that you will happily recommend us the next time someone asks you if you know of a great caterer.
Any item on our menus may be customized to your taste, dietary needs or ethnicity (additional fees may apply). Tastings are available upon request for a nominal fee, and free if you book your event with us.
Staffing
Our staff is comprised of trained servers, dressed in black oxford shirts with black bistro aprons and pressed black slacks. All of our kitchen staff have been with the company since its inception, and are trained to service large events. For sit-down dinners our guest:server ratio is 16:1, for buffets 25:1.Additional staffing may be requested at an additional charge.
Rentals
At our preferred facilities (see sidebar on this page) we provide all linens, china, silverware, glassware and serving ware, as well as our professional staff for a nominal charge. Offsite functions will require rented china, silverware, glassware and serving ware, which can be obtained directly from a local rental service, or rented through us at discounted rates. A professional team of servers can also be requested for your offsite event at an additional fee. Any function may request paper and plastic at no additional charge.
Equipment
Our plateware is all Eggshell China, appropriate for formal and informal dining. Our glassware is finely crafted and elegant for any occasion. Our Flatware is quality silverware - durable and elegant. For a complete rundown of equipment please inquire with our catering manager.
Pick Up/Drop Off Orders
Orders may be arranged to be picked up hot or oven-ready with one week’s advance notice (depending on availability). Please call ahead for holiday orders as this is a very busy time for us, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Drop off orders may be arranged for the greater Northampton area. Delivery charges and menu restrictions may apply.
